Our small Belfort 330 kit is perfect for smaller gardens or patios, offering ample shade and privacy without taking up too much space. Alternatively, the large Belfort 340 kit is ideal for larger gardens or patios, offering more than enough space for entertaining guests or relaxing in comfort. Multiple gazebos can be joined together for a bigger size (4x6m or 3x8m).

5 Year Structural Warranty
Leisure Garden warrants the structural integrity of the gazebo frame against defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years subject to the limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty.
1 Year Gazebo Curtain Warranty
Leisure Garden warrants the gazebo curtains against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. The curtains must remain retracted when not in use. High winds can damage the curtains and this damage will not be covered under warranty. Fading and weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time. And are not considered defects and will not be covered under warranty.
1-Year Gazebo Roof Warranty
Leisure Garden warrants the louvre roof and its components against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of delivery. Fading and weathering of the surface may occur naturally over time, and are not considered defects.
1-Year Powder Coat Warranty
Leisure Garden warrants the powder coat for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Fading and peeling may naturally occur over time and will not be covered under warranty. Damage caused to the powder coat due to improper use will not be covered under warranty. Disposal of any component replaced under warranty will be the owner’s responsibility.
Warranty coverage begins at the delivery date. Leisure Garden only extends this warranty to the original purchaser and only if the gazebo has been purchased through an authorised Leisure Garden reseller. Written notice of the defect and proof of purchase must be provided to Leisure Garden or its nominated representative within 14 days of the defect occurring. If the gazebo is required to be returned to Leisure Garden for rectification all freight costs shall be pre-paid by the customer. Repair or replacement of any defective product is at the sole discretion of Leisure Garden. To action warranty service contact the authorised Leisure Garden reseller you purchased from. If you are unable to obtain satisfactory service from your reseller written notification must be provided to Leisure Garden within 14 days of the defect occurring. Leisure Garden will pay the travel costs of the service agent for the first 50 km from their base. Any further travel charges shall be the responsibility of the gazebo owner.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance.
- Damage caused to the gazebo by improper use and natural fading from sunlight.
- Acts of god.
- Damage caused by not installing the gazebo correctly.
- Commercial use reduces all warranties to a maximum of 6 months.
- Damage caused by the relocation of the gazebo from its original installed location.
- Damage caused by third-party carriers.
- Drain or gutter leakage.
- Damage to frame caused by unrepaired drain leakage.
This warranty is the only warranty offered by Leisure Garden and excludes any other implied or oral undertakings. Except as described above, this warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alternation without Leisure Garden’s prior written consent, accident, acts of god, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by Leisure Garden, failure to follow Belfort Gazebo or Owner’s Manual, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an authorised representative of Leisure Garden, Leisure Garden or its agents will not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or injury. Leisure Garden will not be liable for costs associated with but not limited to building alterations, removal costs, delivery costs or labour costs associated with the replacement or repair of the gazebo and parts.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

For some areas, freight costs may apply.
For customers in the delivery partner zone, we currently do not offer direct delivery. However, you are welcome to arrange your own transport or contact our recommended logistics partner, with the option to pick up directly from our Brisbane warehouse.
