Yes, however, the engineering that has been done is based on a concrete footing. Alternative surfaces will require engineering certification.

Installation typically takes 3–5 hours with 2-3 people, depending on conditions like location and foundation type. Installation time may also vary depending on factors such as worker availability and experience.
We recommend consulting a builder or engineer to ensure safe installation.

To minimize wind resistance and potential damage, you should lift all four blinds and fully open the louvered roof.

Unfortunately, Leisure Garden does not currently offer an installation service.

Our products are carefully designed to be as easy to install as possible, so most DIY installations will be successful. If you have any difficulties, please email sales@leisuregarden.com.au. Please include relevant photos or videos to explain the details of the problem so that we can analyse and solve it.

We only offer two standard sizes: 3x3x2.5m & 3x4x2.5m, two available colors: White & Charcoal.

But you can join two gazebos together for a bigger size. For example, join two 3x4m for a 4x6m.

The wind rating of Belfort Gazebo is N4/C2.

Yes, the Belfort Gazebo features a waterproof louvered roof with a well-designed invisible drainage system to keep the interior dry on rainy days.

Yes, the Belfort Gazebo is made of aluminum tubes, making it completely rust-free.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide customised sizes.
Yes, you can. The Belfort Gazebo is a free-standing structure, and can easily join with multiple gazebos, side-by-side, to create a larger space.
The Gazebo includes a screwdriver, 5mm Allen Key, 6mm Allen Key, and a 13mm spanner, providing everything you need for standard installation. You will need to supply two ladders and a hammer drill. No additional tools are required unless you’re installing on a non-standard foundation.

While the provided tools are sufficient, using electric tools, like a power drill or electric screwdriver, can help speed up the installation process. Be sure to follow the manual for safe and efficient assembly.

Yes. Please contact us at sales@leisuregarden.com.au with the part number required and we will follow up accordingly. You can find the part numbers in the installation manual.
– Always ensure louvre blades are clear of obstructions before operation
– Mesh blinds should always be left in the rolled-up position when not in use
– All parts of the gazebo can be cleaned using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth
The LED lighting strip can be purchased and installed post-assembly.
Details of the warranty period can be found on our product pages as well as in the installation instructions that come with your gazebo purchase.

The minimum foundation sizes are:

  • 3.5m x 3.5m for the Belfort 330 Gazebo 3x3m
  • 3.5m x 4.5m for the Belfort 340 Gazebo 3x4m
  • Level Ground: The Belfort Gazebo requires a level foundation for proper installation and stability.
  • Square Dimensions: After assembly, ensure the gazebo is square by measuring the dimensions. A square frame is essential for the blinds to function correctly.

We proudly deliver to Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Maryborough, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Sydney, and Canberra, ensuring your Belfort Gazebo arrives safely and promptly. For some areas, freight costs may apply. For customers outside our delivery zone, we currently do not offer direct delivery. However, you are welcome to arrange your own transport, with the option to pick up directly from our Brisbane warehouse.

  1. Self-arranged Transport

    You can arrange your own transport and collect the goods from our Brisbane warehouse.

  2. Third-Party Freight to North Queensland
    We currently work with a third-party logistics provider who can deliver to Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Rockhampton.

Yes, but you have to consider the size of the transport vehicle to ensure that it can carry goods up to 3-4 meters long. The packaging size and weight of each gazebo are detailed in the specifications on the product pages. Our warehouse address is 10-16 Titanium Ct, Crestmead, QLD 4132.

Each Belfort Gazebo comes in ten very long boxes (up to 3-4m), with a total weight of approximately 280-330 kg. Please check the packing list in product pages for more details.

Yes, we will replenish the goods according to demand. You can secure priority by placing a pre-order with a 20% deposit in advance. Please contact sales@leisuregarden.com.au if you want to place a pre-order.
